The use of decorative sheets gives the customer the possibility to create hand crafted blank sections in the door or window, using special CLL profiles.
Numerous metal sheets can be used for this function, for example:
- Textured / embossed type sheets: available in raw or painted finish.
- Flat sheets with smooth or rough surface: available in RAL, Wood and marbled effect finishes.
Both the Aluform panels and flat decorative sheets can have the same colour as the profile, for an even and uniform customised result, with the satisfaction and assurance of owning a top quality product.

Decorative sheets
Decorative sheets cannot be grouped into a single product category, because of the numerous combinations of materials, colours and finishes.
CLL in this section has tried to give a proper space for some of these products organizing them in according to their characteristics.
Textured and Embossed metal sheet
Textured and embossed metal sheet applied to buildings and constructions is often used as a form of decorative cladding for shops and has a pleasing visual impact thanks to the particular texture.
The most common finishes used are: raw, copper colour, green and black.
The "hammered" effect of the embossed sheet, gives a more or less glossy colouration depending on where the light source is coming from.

Decorated flat sheets
Whether you prefer a smooth or rough surface, it's no problem for CLL.
In fact, CLL can provide both types depending on your requirements.
The use of decorated metal sheet is very adaptable; besides a purely aesthetic use, this product can be combined with TECNO systems as a panel for blank sections, as cladding or finishing sheet.
As can be imagined, a wide-ranging colour palette is available; from classic and special RAL colours to paint and wood graining, as well as marbled finishes.
The sheet metal is machined using the best technologies on the market with horizontal plant systems and proper planning systems.
CLL has always stocked coils of sheet metal in RAL colours, raw and oxidized finishes, to meet its customers requests very quickly, and warehouse stock is continuously increasing. CLL has added a grey marbled finish to its product range, expanding its assortment of coils.

Expanded metal mesh sheets
The mesh sheets are obtained by engraving operation and cold molding of the raw material, usually from rolls or sheets previously cut into suitable sizes so as to avoid machining waste.
The shape and the size of the mesh are determined by the shape of the blades impacting the sheet.
Sheets with different types of mesh can be obtained, for example: square, rounded, hexagonal and diamond-shaped, sheets perforated with square or round holes in different size and spacing variations.
One of the most important advantages of expanded metal sheet is that it can be produced in a single piece without welding points or assembly with other sheets.
The strength and weather resistance makes this article particularly suitable for footbridges, balconies, walkways, etc...
Expanded sheet metal in construction is usually used for fences, covers, sunscreen panels, interior partitions, façade cladding and false ceilings.
