TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM
Series: Tecno CE 54 TT with thermal break European Camera
Extruded alloy profiles: EN AW 6060
Dimensional tolerances and thickness: UNI EN 12020-02
Type of air-water seal: open joint.
Thermal break: Made by connecting the extruded aluminium sections with coplanar polyamide resin strips reinforced with glass fibre.
Glass application: With normal or rounded glazing bead with 45 or 90 degree cuts.
Glass cavity: Variable according to the profiles used.
Standard dimensions of the system:
- Fixed frame section 54,2 mm
- Wing section 62,2 mm
- Joint between fixed and mobile frame 5 mm
- Joint on the central point 5 mm
- Glass stop tongue 22 mm
- Wall stop tongue minimum 22 mm.
Use: the system is suitable for the production of: thermal break windows, French doors and main doors with one or more hinged panels. With the complete range of accessories, bottom hinged, top hinged, tilt & turn system, and monoblock can be made.
