Profile weight: The weight indicated is theoretical and it can be change in according to the thickness and dimensional tolerances of the profiles (Standard UNI 3879)

Profile dimensions: the dimensions indicated are theoretical and may therefore vary according to the dimensional tolerances of extrusion (Standard UNI 3879).
This variability, which affects all sections, can also minimally affect the cutting dimensions and therefore the final size of the shutter.

Even the finish coating, increasing the thickness, contributes to modify the dimensions of the profiles and in particular reduces the space in the slots of the gaskets and accessories.

Cutting dimensions: The theoretical dimensions for cutting in this catalogue are accurate. In some cases these must be rounded off based on the precision and type of measurement configuration of workshop machines.

Shutter construction: prior to initial works or before the production of substantial quantities of shutters, an actual size sample should be produced in order to check assembly, resistance to atmospheric agents and the mechanical characteristics of accessories

Bar length: the commercial length of the section bars of this series is 6500 mm

Measurement reference: The reference of the L and H dimensions in the catalogue corresponds to that in the computer program used for the automatic processing of estimates and cutting lists.

Wall mounts: some shutter wall mount diagrams are not restrictive, but merely a suggestion for designers on how to solve this particular and important issue in a simple and functional way.

Quality of accessories: the quality of accessories listed in the tables on shutter layouts is suitable for optimal functioning and resistance to stress to which an external shutter is normally subjected.

Painting: In order to limit the filiform corrosion process, some important rules must be followed such as:

• The use of extruded 6060 alloy brackets and joints.
• The use of stainless steel screws.
• Sealing cut parts
• Avoiding the entrapment of condensation inside the shutter
• Paying the utmost attention during installation

All sections, couplings, assemblies, machining and assembly shown in C.L.L. drawings and catalogues correspond to the current state-of-the-art and have been defined with care and expertise.
